This nurse will go far, the care and attention to detail has been outstanding. You can tell that her role at this hospital is not just a job to her. She genuinely cares about her patients. This is really unique and very special. I had complete confidence in Mariya, she updated, consoled me and was absolutely on time with medications, drip change.
Well all I can say she is one in a million.
Choice of foods and food quality.
Medical care fantastic.
Excellent care and attention, friendliness.
I felt the staff were very thorough in their examinations and tests.
I've never had so many!
Perhaps the times given to patients to leave the hospital could be kept to more as I heard people complaining about the wait.
Always give or administer medication regularly. ie Do not miss days of insulin (important), carbocisteine, bisoprolol. A little consideration could be given to those who have disabilities!
Feel a bit upset came in with one thing but then discovered more things wrong with me. Staff on A10 are excellent really good care, I can't see and people was very helpful.
The (A10) nursing staff were very attentive and professional and extremely caring also in A and E, AEU and A3, and also found other ward staff very helpful.
The only thing I did find sometimes patients were waiting a long time when calling for attention or to go to toilet, but this is probably because of being short staffed.
My main concern was communication between doctors and patients and the feeling of being pushed out to quickly as the day I was being discarded they told me 20 mins before I had had packed or washed or had any breakfast as I hadn't eaten the day before.
Everyone on the ward have been fantastic, all staff very caring and attentive. Thank you all.
